  1. Standard Cancellation Terms:
    • 90% Refund: Cancellations made 7 days before your scheduled booking will receive a 90% refund. 
    • 50% Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours before the booking, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  2. Last-Minute Cancellations: 
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will not be eligible for a refund. 
  3. Rescheduling: 
    • If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling may be subject to availability and may incur an extra fee.  
  4. Exceptions: 
    • In cases of extreme weather, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer flexible cancellation terms. Please reach out to our customer service for assistance.
